Intermediate Architect/Architectural Designer

An ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience and is a well rounded and technically knowledgable designer who is seeking greater responsibility on their projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Produces architectural drawing sets for permitting and construction

  • Researches product specifications and building systems

  • Coordinates with consultants

  • Manages project deliverables

  • Conducts site visits

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong design and graphic skills

  • 3-7 years experience working on single and/or multifamily residential in all phases of design and construction

  • Professional Degree in Architecture

  • Experience in architectural design and documentation, and specification

  • Proficient in Revit, CS Suite

  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and has experience with regulatory agencies

  • Experience in construction a plus

  • Architectural Licensure or CHPC a plus


Junior Designer

An ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and is dedicated to developing a career as a well rounded and technically knowledgable architect. They are able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to senior staff

  • Assists in the development of presentation materials for clients and marketing purposes

  • Produces architectural drawing sets for permitting and construction

  • Manages material library

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong design and graphic skills

  • 1-3 years experience

  • Professional Degree in Architecture

  • Experience in architectural design and documentation

  • Proficient in Revit (minimum 1 year professional experience)

  • Proficient in CS Suite

  • Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, Lumion or Vray a plus

  • Experience in construction a plus


Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced interior designer for a permanent part or full time position. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and will be able to individually manage interior design scope and work collaboratively as part of the architectural design team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and/or assist with development of interior design concepts from project inititation through construction

  • Develops design documentation and detailing

  • Prepares presentation documentation for client presentations

  • Works directly with manufacturers and vendors to source new materials

  • Prepares specification documentation, schedules and invoices

  • Works with fabricators, coordinates installation of finishes during construction

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience

  • Knowledge of material, hardware, furniture, and art sources

  • Ability to visually communicate design intent to both project team as well as clients

  • Proficient in Revit, CS Suite

  • Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field
