This project was the complete renovation of a mid-century modern home in Penn Valley, PA, located just outside of Philadelphia. A holistic reconsideration of the lower level and reconfiguration of the stair space allowed owners to double useable living space without adding to the footprint of the home. Ample windows and skylights flood every room with natural daylight and connect the home to the outdoors.
